Access Sport America’s programs are designed to promote each person’s highest physical and athletic potential while cultivating social and emotional well-being. We seek to create a community where differences are diminished, blurred and often erased.

We provide action sports recreation programs and high-level snowboard training for amputee youth, young adults, and wounded veterans living with permanent physical disabilities.

The Adaptive Sports Center enhances the quality of life for amputees and people with other disabilities through exceptional outdoor adventure activities. The successful programs the ASC provides are inclusive to families and friends, empower our participants in their daily lives and have a positive enduring effect on self-efficacy, health, independence and overall well-being.

No amputee should be without community, exercise and easy mobility. Our mission is to increase awareness, engage more corporations, and accelerate innovation so more people in this world will feel expected, welcome and valued.

Birdability works to ensure the birding community and the outdoors are welcoming, inclusive, safe and accessible for everybody, regardless of mobility challenges, disability, or other health concerns. We strive to introduce birding to people with disabilities and other health concerns who are not yet birders so they too can experience the joys of birding.

The goal of Brave the Wave is to bring together amputees and others in the adaptive community to enjoy the sport of wakesurfing. Through teaching individuals how to wakesurf, we have seen a transformation as they realize they are capable of doing so much more than they ever thought possible.

CCASC provides year-round adaptive recreation and adventure programming. Our programs incorporate the latest equipment and therapeutic recreation practices, facilitate activities in a professional manner, and collaborate with other organizations, with the goal of providing programming that has a lasting impact on the quality of our participants’ lives.

Started in 1991 as a non-profit providing the thrill, freedom and therapeutic value of sailing to those with disabilities, recovering warriors and youth from at-risk communities.

​​CASF manages, promotes, and raises funds for adaptive team sports across the state of Colorado, including wheelchair basketball, sled hockey, wheelchair softball, wheelchair lacrosse, adaptive curling, and power soccer, representing over 200 adult and junior athletes.

Dare2tri is an Illinois-based 501(c)3 non-for-profit organization with the mission to enhance the lives of individuals with physical disabilities and visual impairments by building confidence, community, health and wellness through swimming, biking, and running.

The majority of trail information and hiking guides assume that the person reading it isn’t disabled. Disabled Hikers is different. Written by disabled hikers for disabled hikers, it gives you information that other guides overlook, including how to get there, trail conditions, elevation, difficulty level, and more.

As a leader in the world of adaptive scuba training, Diveheart brings adaptive divers, buddies and instructors the most innovative program in the industry. Through our adaptive scuba adventure trips, Diveheart gives adaptive divers and buddies a wide variety of places to go where they can improve their skills, get more experience and make new friends.

We believe that water is the ultimate equalizer. We venture to create unique opportunities for youth and adults with disabilities to develop independence, maintain personal fitness, and gain self-confidence through paddling.

Fishing Has No Boundaries provides recreational fishing opportunities for amputees and people with other disabilities regardless of their age, race, gender, or disability. With chapters in 11 states, we help our participants achieve independence, positive self-image, and a genuine feeling of accomplishment.

Footprints Adventures provides adaptive adventure travel for individuals with limb differences and amputations. Have an adventure like never before. Challenge yourself, accomplish new goals, and travel to great places; while camping under the stars with peers.

The International Wheelchair and Amputee Sports Federation (IWAS) is one of the world’s leading organisations for the development of para sports. Alongside a membership of more than 80 countries around the world, IWAS is passionate about offering as many competition opportunities as possible for athletes with physical impairments.

The National Ability Center is a nonprofit organization that offers both seasonally and year-round inclusive programs such as skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, rock climbing, and swimming. Camps and programs are held on-site near the NAC’s facility in Park City, Utah.

NAGA currently has over 2,000 members in the United States and some 200 players from 17 other countries. In addition to its national tournaments and National Senior Championship, the NAGA sponsors local and regional tournaments throughout the country. Perhaps NAGA’s highest visibility occurred as a result of the highly popular First Swing Program which teaches adaptive golf to people with physical disabilities.

For more than 50 years, we’ve led the way in redefining adaptive outdoor experiences. We’ve helped amputees discover a passion for playing and competing in the great outdoors. We’ve reinvented adaptive equipment, technology, and coaching methods. And we’ve helped our athletes, and the world, #RethinkAbility.

New England Disabled Sports (NEDS) is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization, providing adaptive sports instruction to students of varying abilities that meet the Essential Eligibility Criteria. It is through the generous donations of individuals, corporations, and foundations that close to 600 student-athletes living with disabilities are able to enjoy adaptive sports year-round.

NubAbility Athletics is a nonprofit organization that offers sports camps and clinics for kids across the nation. One-on-one coaching and mentoring are also provided in 26 sports.

The Outdoors for All Foundation transforms lives through outdoor recreation. Founded in 1979 in the Pacific Northwest, Outdoors for All is a national leader in delivering adaptive and therapeutic recreation for children and adults with disabilities.

Team Catapult is a nonprofit entity that aims to catapult physically challenged individuals over adversity and into the world of endurance sports. Team Catapult connects physically challenged individuals with the opportunities, training, education, accessibility, and funding needed to participate and compete at all athletic levels, from finishing their first 5K to competing in the Paralympic Games.

We promote and develop the sport of amputee soccer for the benefit of participants with limb differences. We look to grow the sport for juniors and adults, and for women and men. Additionally, we select, develop, and train elite amputee soccer athletes to represent the United States in international competition.

Wheelchair Sports Federation is a national nonprofit that provides opportunities for youths and adults with disabilities and wheelchair users to play sports recreationally and competitively.

World Triathlon is committed to supporting the development of para-triathlon in which there are currently nine sport classes for athletes with an impairment competing over the sprint para-triathlon distance of 750m swim, 20km bike (hand bike/tandem), 5km run (racing wheelchair) at all World Triathlon-sanctioned para-triathlon events.
