Warrior Canine Connection supports active-duty service members and veterans recovering from both the visible and hidden wounds of war. We accomplish our mission by raising and training highly skilled assistance dogs for veterans with disabilities, and by providing our unique service dog training program called Mission Based Trauma Recovery (MBTR).

Waypoint Adventure is a nonprofit educational organization founded in 2010 that uses quality experiential and adventure-based programs to transform the lives of individuals with disabilities and their communities. These programs are not just about having fun on a boat ride, climbing high on a rock or sliding down a zip line. They are about positive individual and group development.

The Wheel to Walk Foundation is a nonprofit organization that helps children age 20 and younger obtain medical equipment or services not provided by insurance. These items include therapy cycles, wheelchairs and shower chairs. This organization is currently only accepting applications from Oregon, Washington, Idaho and California, but may expand their services in the future.

Who Says I Can’t Foundation
The Who Says I Can’t Foundation helps amputees of all ages to become involved with adaptive sports. WSICF partners with manufacturers of prosthetic devices and adaptive sports equipment to provide running legs, sit skis, hand cycles and more. WSIC provides selected participants with a grant that will cover the cost of the equipment, as well as related expenses.

Workforce Development Program – Amputee Coalition
The Workforce Development Program is designed to assist participants (youth ages 15-17, adults, and veterans) within the limb loss and limb difference community with career exploration, transitioning back into the workforce, or starting their journey into the workforce. Services include one-on-one career development meetings, resume writing assistance, fact sheets, webinars, and more.

World Triathlon- Paratriathlon
World Triathlon is committed to supporting the development of para-triathlon in which there are currently nine sport classes for athletes with an impairment competing over the sprint para-triathlon distance of 750m swim, 20km bike (hand bike/tandem), 5km run (racing wheelchair) at all World Triathlon-sanctioned para-triathlon events.
