February 24, 2015
0

Amplitude Media Group (AMG)-a leading information source for amputees, their family members, and their caregivers-is proud to announce the launch of its redesigned website on February 19.

“We’ve been working behind the scenes over the past several months to ensure that our website, Amplitude-Media.com, better fulfills the needs and desires of our visitors,” said Tonja Randolph, president of AMG and publisher of Amplitude magazine and The O&P EDGE. “We wanted to make the site look much nicer while simultaneously making it more user-friendly so that visitors can easily locate interesting and important information on a wide variety of amputation-related topics.”

The website is a great first point of contact for anyone who wants to learn more about the numerous information products AMG provides. These products include:

?Amplitude magazine, a bimonthly print publication, which is free for subscribers in the United States. A free-access digital flipbook of each issue is also included on the website.

?An e-newsletter

?The Limb Loss Resource Guide (now in its second printing)

?A calendar of events

?A searchable database of support groups

?A searchable database of prosthetists

The site also includes a Twitter feed; quick-access buttons to Amplitude’s Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages; an extensive and growing resources page; and a news page that offers articles on a variety of topics, such as prosthetics, legislation, insurance issues, health and wellness, mobility, emotional issues, adaptive living, peer support, active living, caregiving, tips for daily life, and any amputation-related diseases or disorders that amputees might have or be at increased risk for. In addition, the site has been developed to accommodate further growth so that AMG can respond to the future needs and desires of its visitors.

Visit the new and improved Amplitude website today at www.amplitude-media.com, and start taking advantage of all that it has to offer.
