As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization since 2009, High Fives has helped countless injured athletes and veterans get back to doing what they love. The foundation aims to be a leader in education and recovery from life-altering injuries in outdoor action sports. We also offer grants to help individuals pay for adaptive sports equipment, medical equipment, programs, living expenses, emergency care, and injury expenses.

Angel Wings for Veterans
Angel Wings for Veterans removes the barrier to medical care for veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. We provide transportation via ground and air, making it possible for veterans in financial need to travel outside their area to receive clinical care, medical treatment, service dog companions, and other vital services.

The Air Warrior Courage Foundation assists disabled and/or needy veterans and members of the U.S. Armed Services and their dependents, widows and children, and provides financial support to Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Association members for medical expenses. In addition, the AWCF sponsors programs in scuba and therapeutic horseback riding.

All entries in the Amputee Community Resource Directory are assigned to a primary category, represented by the corresponding icon. Here are the types of resources for amputees that each icon represents:

Some organizations offer multiple types of resources for amputees and are assigned to multiple categories.
