NeuroX Seeks Testers for New Phantom Limb Pain Solution

November 15, 2022
0

If you’re a daily prosthesis wearer who struggles with phantom limb pain, NeuroX Innovations wants to hear from you. The Colorado-based startup is seeking participants for an initial trial of Skeletron-X, a wearable device that has shown early promise in easing phantom limb pain. This nonintrusive, user-friendly technology enhances users’ ability to feel their prosthetic limb as if it was part of their own body.

NeuroX is seeking participants to wear Skeletron-X for 30 days and provide feedback to guide future iterations and refinements. The company is looking for people who:

  • Experience moderate to severe phantom limb pain
  • Wear a prosthetic limb on a daily basis
  • Are willing to give honest, constructive feedback about Skeletron-X

Bonus points if you live in Colorado and/or have a lot of followers on social media.

After a completing a pre-trial evaluation form, participants will be asked to wear a custom-fitted device for 30 days and provide regular feedback to NeuroX (via telephone) every six days. At the end of the 30-day trial period, you’ll complete a post-trial assessment. You’ll also have the option to keep the custom-fitted Skeletron-X prototype at no charge.

To be considered for participation in this trial, email the CEO of NeuroX Innovations Inc., Jordan Doles, at Jordan.doles@nxiinc.com or via phone at (970) 420-5830.
