OPAF and The First Clinics are seeking individuals to serve on the OPAF board of directors.
Board members serve one-, two- or three-year terms and are required to attend at least one of the two board meetings held in conjunction with the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) and the American Academy of Orthotics and Prosthetics (the Academy) national meetings. Directors are also expected to be involved in OPAF’s and First Clinics’ ongoing work with adaptive recreation and take an active role in fundraising efforts.
Nominations are due by August 15. Elections will be held at the end of September and board terms will begin on December 1. Nominees are needed for at least three seats on the board.
