Disabled Sports USA (DSUSA) announced that, as part of the Diana Golden Race Development Program, it is offering sponsorships of up to $500 each to the top qualifying male and female youth athletes with physical disabilities. The sponsorship will pay for the athletes to attend the NASTAR National Championship in March in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. NASTAR, which stands for NAtional STAndard Race, is a public grassroots ski race program.
For a chance to qualify for the sponsorship opportunity, candidates must register and race one of the 115 resort NASTAR courses. February 15 is the last day to race and qualify.
