- Sign up for your area’s Meals on Wheels program. Thousands of local programs provide more than one million meals each day to seniors and individuals with disabilities at group locations like senior centers and/or at the homes of seniors and others with limited mobility. The cost is based on the recipient’s income. Visit www.mowaa.org/findameal to find the program closest to you.
