Will the winners be notified in advance?
Absolutely. However, winners will need to sign an agreement not to leak their fantastic achievement to anyone until the results are published.
What do I get if I win?
Winning a Reader’s Choice Award means far more than a trophy on a shelf—it validates a company’s excellence and credibility, elevates a company’s reputation, and fosters growth.
How can I advertise in the Reader’s Choice Awards?
For this first edition of the Reader’s Choice Awards, we are offering a limited number of full- and half-page ads in the Awards section at more than half off our regular issue rates. Full pages will be $1500 and half pages will be $900. Digital options and packages are also available. Where will my ad appear?
Print ads will be in the Reader’s Choice Awards section of the November/December 2025 issue of Amplitude magazine. We’ll also be featuring a flipbook version of the issue on the homepage of livingwithamplitude.com that will run throughout 2026. Additionally, we’ll be distributing a special Amplitude enewsletter with the results. There will be digital advertising opportunities in both the enewsletter and in an awards section on the website.

Who can vote?
Anyone.
Can my dog (cat, kid, fish, cactus) vote?
If your dog has their own email address, then yes, they can vote. If your dog uses your email address, then they can vote, but you can’t. Only one vote per email address is allowed.
How do we vote?
Click the big green button above to access the ballot. Voting runs through June 30, 2025. When voting for a facility, enter the facility’s name and complete address. Only individual locations are eligible, and incomplete addresses will not be tallied.
Can I vote every day during the 2-month voting period?
No, sorry. Only one vote per email address is allowed.
Can I use an email-address-generating platform and create a thousand email addresses to vote a thousand times?
Nope, we’re using a voting platform that can detect fraud. Plus, the Amplitude team will be manually verifying the winner’s votes. Keep it honest. Please.
Are there consequences if I cheat?
Yep. The consequences are disqualification for this year’s awards and any future Reader’s Choice Awards. Sorry, we don’t reward cheaters.
How did you determine the regions?
We chose the regions based on time zones because it’s a regional division that everyone is familiar with. Using time zones also matches the way we divide up prosthetic facility regions in our sister publication, The O&P EDGE.
Why is there so much time between the voting and the results?
As publishers, we work on the magazine issues several months in advance. We need time to tally and review the results, verify the winning votes, and create some additional content to complement the results.
