The 2nd Annual Angel City Games will be held July 7-10 at the University of California, Los Angeles’ (UCLA’s) Drake Stadium and will feature adaptive sports clinics and competitions for children, adults, veterans, and active-duty military personnel with physical disabilities. Participants will include athletes of all ages and ability levels.

The events are open to individuals with any physical difference or mobility impairment, including amputation. Participants and guests can also enjoy a large vendor expo, medal presentations, a celebrity wheelchair basketball game, toddler events for families, and much more.

“The Angel City Games is a powerful event that showcases the talent, tenacity, and beauty of athletes with physical differences or impairments,” noted Clayton Frech, founder and CEO of Angel City Sports. “Our first event last year was a big success in both athlete participation and public awareness for adaptive sports. We’ve expanded the 2016 Games to four days with more sports and events, and have big plans to grow the Paralympic movement throughout the region.”
