Hundreds Attend Professional Baseball Game and Mobility Clinics

Nearly 100 people attended night at the Louisville Bats vs. Indianapolis Indians minor league baseball game during the recent Amputee Coalition National Conference (ACNC). Jake Adams, who has an upper-limb amputation, threw out the opening pitch of the game, and Logan Seitz had the honor of calling “Play Ball!”

 

Össur hosted the baseball outing and two mobility clinics where nearly 170 people with limb loss had the opportunity to achieve their running and mobility goals– whether learning to walk again or fine-tuning their speed skills in sprinting. The clinics were led by Bob Gailey, , PT, a world-renowned gait expert.
