Coapt, Chicago, has been selected to win the Brian and Joyce Blatchford Team Prize for Innovation by the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics (ISPO) for its Complete Control upper-limb prosthesis control system.
“Coapt’s use of advanced technology and smart pattern recognition makes for an unparalleled control system that gives users autonomy in their lives,” said ISPO President Friedbert Kohler.
