Next Tuesday’s guest is John Robinson, the CEO of Our Ability and the mastermind behind Jobs Ability, the accessible employment portal that’s been lauded as LinkedIn for people with disabilities. Robinson, who once served on a White House committee to promote inclusive employment, consults nationally with businesses and public-sector employers who want to find strong job candidates with disabilities, a vastly underutilized talent pool. He’s also a highly accomplished adaptive hand-cyclist and a leading promoter of Erie Canal heritage and conservation.
