The Amputee Coalition named Mary Richards as its new president and CEO. Richards replaces Jack Richmond CPOA, CFo, who served the organization as a volunteer, a board member, and as president and CEO. Richmond announced his retirement in March.
Richards most recently served as the executive director of Partners for Better Care, a patient advocacy-led healthcare coalition.
“We have a talented, professional staff and a great community that welcomes Mary to the organization. With her leadership, the Amputee Coalition will continue to reach more people in the limb loss and limb difference community, maintain and build strong partnerships and allow the organization to reach new heights,” said Richmond.
