2024 Outlook: A first-time Paralympian, Truwit is barely a year removed from nondisabled NCAA Division 1 competition.  A shark attack last summer led to below-knee amputation; within six months Truwit was posting elite times as a paraswimmer. She impressed on the World Series circuit this spring and could sneak onto the podium in Paris.
