CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel your Amplitude’s Guide to Living With Limb Loss order, please submit your cancellation request via email to info@amplitude-media.com, or call our business phone at 866-613-0257.

Email cancellations must contain the following information: first name, last name, order number, and email address. Please provide your contact information so that we can contact you if we have questions regarding your cancellation.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after that time, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping, once we receive the product in its original condition back from you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item at your cost.

Our products are sent to you risk-free. You may cancel any purchase made from us at any time 14 working days after the date you receive the item unless that item:

  • • has been made to your specification or otherwise personalized;
  • • is a magazine, periodical, or newspaper; or
  • • by reason of its nature is unable to be returned (e.g. digital downloads).

This does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow up to five weeks for your account to be credited.
